Snap & Ride (hereinafter "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. The Company collects the following personal information for service provision. Required items: • Name • Contact number (phone) • Email address • Preferred tour date Optional items: • Tour-related requests • Messenger contacts (KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period stipulated by law or within the retention and use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject. • Service usage records: 3 years after service termination • Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years • Records of contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

In principle, the Company processes personal information within the scope specified for collection and use purposes, and does not process or provide personal information to third parties beyond the original purpose without the prior consent of the data subject, except in the following cases: • When separate consent is obtained from the data subject • When there are special provisions in the law • When it is clearly recognized as necessary for the urgent life, body, or property interests of the data subject or a third party when the data subject or their legal representative is unable to express their intention or cannot obtain prior consent due to unknown address, etc.

5. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Destruction method: • Personal information stored in electronic file format is permanently deleted so that records cannot be reproduced • Personal information recorded in paper documents is shredded or incinerated

The Company has designated a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to be responsible for overall personal information processing and to handle complaints and damage relief from data subjects related to personal information processing. 8. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective from January 1, 2024, and if there are any additions, deletions, or corrections to the changes according to laws and policies, we will notify you through the notice 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
