Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to establish the conditions and procedures for using the Busan Private Tour Service (hereinafter "Service") provided by Snap & Ride (hereinafter "Company"), the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" refers to the Busan Private Tour Service provided by the Company, including professional driver service, snap photo/video shooting, and local food guide services. ② "User" refers to a customer who uses the Service provided by the Company according to these Terms. ③ "Reservation" refers to the user requesting and confirming the tour schedule and details with the Company for using the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

① These Terms are effective for all users who wish to use the Service. ② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws if necessary. ③ If the Terms are amended, the Company will notify the changes through the service notice 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Service Contents)

The contents of the Service provided by the Company are as follows: ① Busan City Driving Service - Premium vehicle with safe and comfortable ride - Transportation to tourist destinations throughout Busan - 9-seater Kia Carnival minivan provided ② Snap Photographing Service - Professional photographer accompaniment - Natural family photos and video shooting - Edited photo files and highlight video provided ③ Local Food Guide Service - Recommendation and guidance to local restaurants only known to locals - Reservation assistance service (if needed)

Article 5 (Reservation and Payment)

① Users can make service reservations according to the method determined by the Company. ② A deposit or full service fee payment may be required to confirm the reservation. ③ Payment methods follow the methods determined by the Company, such as bank transfer and card payment. ④ After the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation message will be sent to the user.

Article 6 (Fees)

① Service fees may vary depending on tour duration, number of people, additional options, etc. Exact fees will be provided during the reservation consultation. ② The service fee includes the following: - Driver service - Vehicle usage fee - Fuel, parking, and toll fees - Snap photo/video shooting (depending on selected package) ③ The following are not included in the service fee: - Meal expenses - Tourist attraction admission fees - Other personal expenses

Article 7 (Reservation Changes and Cancellation)

① Users can change or cancel reservations as follows based on the scheduled tour date: - Until 7 days before: Full refund or free schedule change - 3-6 days before: 50% refund or schedule change with fee - 2 days before to same day: No refund ② In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or severe weather that make service provision difficult, schedule changes or full refunds are possible through consultation with the Company. ③ If the Company cannot provide the service due to its circumstances, the user will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

① Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service: - Acts that infringe on the rights of others - Acts contrary to public order and morals - Acts that harm the driver or other users - Prohibited acts such as drinking or smoking in the vehicle ② If the user violates the above obligations, the Company may discontinue the service, and the user is responsible for any resulting damages.

Article 9 (Company Obligations)

① The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms and strives to provide continuous and stable services. ② The Company protects users' personal information and processes it according to the Privacy Policy. ③ The Company maintains legitimate insurance for user safety and regularly inspects vehicles.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

① The Company is not responsible for the following: - Inability to provide service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc. - Damages caused by the user's fault - Schedule changes due to circumstances beyond the Company's control, such as temporary closure of tourist attractions or road conditions ② The Company is not responsible for items lost by users during service use. However, the Company will cooperate in finding lost items.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

① In case of disputes related to service use, the Company and users will negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution. ② If disputes are not resolved despite the negotiation in Paragraph 1, they will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court will be the court at the Company's location.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms of Service are effective from January 1, 2024.
